Preparing the property for marketing

1. If the valuation of the property is recent you will find the property in the Recent tab on the property section.

To prepare the property for marketing you need to fill in the following sections:

Details Section

2. Detail – Market/Bedrooms/Receptions/Bathrooms/Tenure.

3. Attributes – Portal Attributes/Features.

4. Descriptions – Brief & Full Descriptions/Bullet Points.

5. Media – Photos/Floorplans (Video coming soon). You can either click on Upload photos or you can drop files onto the section below this will also add all the photos to the property.

6. Rooms – Room Information. Once you have added the first 3 rooms you can click on Add another button at the bottom to add more.

7. Links/EPC – EPC/Map Information for websites. Click here to see video

8 .Finance  - Recheck Fee Information.

9. Click on Save
