How do I setup a tenancy from an offer?

1. To setup a tenancy from the offer click on Details then Tenants.

2. First stage is to setup the Tenant Term records to do this click on Add Tenant Term.

3.  You can now add all the term information for the tenancy. Because the offer was accepted the applicant automatically converts to the Lead Tenant. If need be you can also create or add a Guarantor to the Tenant Term.

Once all the information is correct click on Save.

If you need to add a 2nd or 3rd or 4th Tenant repeat above. You will not need to add Term information as this is stored against the Lead Tenant.

4. To copy all the Term information across to the property click on the Update Property button. You will then see a box that confirms the updating of the property record click on Yes.

5. Click on Tenancy button to create the Tenancy screen. Then click on Save once you are happy with the information on the Tenancy screen.
