How do I add a compliance to a property?

1) Find the property you want to add a compliance to and click on the Compliance tab along the top.

2) Click on Actions then New Compliance.

3) You will now see a list of compliances some of them may already be ticked because they are legal compliances and do not exist on the property. You can untick these if you do not want to add them at this stage. 

This will also allow you to add multi compliances at the same time. You can enter the last checked date against multiple compliances. Once you have them all added click on the ok button.
