Converting a valuation lead

1. The first lead type we can deal with is a valuation lead. From the information on the lead you can create a Vendor/Landlord record. Select the lead and click on New Vendor or if the lead is a lettings enquiry click on New Landlord.

2.  Once they have been created you can then book in a valuation event from the top menu which will pull through the Vendor/Landlord from the enquiry. This is the quickest way to add a valuation event.
